CHEI Milan Writing Marathon

By registering for the CHEI Milan Writing Marathon you are agreeing to pay the registration fee once you have received confirmation that the event will take place.

Confirmation will be sent to registered participants that there are sufficient numbers by 20 April 2026 at the latest. You will receive an email with instructions on how to make the payment.

The early-bird rate for the writing marathon is €590 and applies to payments received by 30 April 2026. After that date the rate is €750. Registration closes on 15 May 2026.

Travel and Accommodation

Participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements and are advised not to make any non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements until they have received confirmation of the event by 20 April.

We have a limited number of rooms available at the university residence Augustinianum (no breakfast included). Price 60€-80€/night. You can reserve a room when paying the registration fee. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
